There are a number of items that are not allowed at the Firefly Music Festival. Most items are listed below, however if there is any doubt in your mind, leave it at home!
Required Items

- Three-day festival wristband

What NOT to Bring
- All outside food items will not be allowed in the festival area
- No open beverage containers of any kind
- No glass drinking containers
- No glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed
- No knives
- No animals (except service animals)
- No flammable lanterns or fire of any kind
- No fireworks or any types of explosives
- No bicycles
- No umbrellas
- No lawn chairs
- Non-professional cameras are allowed

Food vendors
We are not currently hiring local food vendors for Firefly Music Festival. If anything changes, you can find the information here.
Environmental groups
Firefly works to stay green! We have a number of green initiatives to lessen our footprint that you can learn about on our Sustainable Beats page here.
Photographer
We will be offering limited photo passes to press members and professional photographers. If you are looking for a photo pass or want to bring a professional camera to Firefly, please contact us at media@fireflyfestival.com . Event organizers, Red Frog Events, reserves the right to accept or deny any request for any reason.

Tickets
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
If you purchased a three-day wristband, it should have been shipped to you via the shipping address you registered with or you should have received an email from us about pick up at Will Call in front of the festival gates. If you purchased a single day ticket, there should be a link to your ticket in your confirmation email.

Parking will be available free of charge at Dover International Speedway. Overnight parking is not allowed, except with a Camping parking pass in the Camping lot.

Camping
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CAMPING AT FIREFLY?
GENERAL RULES
- Each camping attendee must have their own camping wristband for entrance into the camping area.
- All on-site accommodations are located on Firefly grounds.
- A camping wristband alone will not get you into the festival area.
- You will not be allowed to drive your car or RV in the camping area once it is parked. If you decide to leave, there will be no reentry.
- There will be security and first aid on-site at all times in all camping areas. Firefly, Red Frog Events and DIS are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.
- All camping spots are based on first come, first serve basis (unless you are camping in Front Row Camping). We will be assigning many areas simultaneously to minimize waiting time. Early arrival does not guarantee a closer spot.
- One cooking appliance is allowed per campsite. Maximum amount of propane should not exceed 20 pounds or 48 pounds of water capacity. Cooking appliances are only permitted for use from 7am – 2am (EST). Please do not leave cooking appliances unattended. Wood fires are prohibited
- All camping attendees are subject to search upon entry.
- Campers are allowed to bring in food and alcohol, however all outside items will not be allowed in the music festival area.
- No kegs of beer are allowed in any camping area.
- No glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed.
- No animals will be allowed in any camping area.
- No campfires allowed anywhere in Firefly.
- No smoking, lighters, flammable lanterns or fire of any kind are allowed inside of tents or RVs.
- No fireworks or any types of explosives.
- Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers. Quiet hours are from 2am to 7am.
- Camping wristbands are non-transferable.
- No other motorized vehicles in the camping area.
- No bicycles are allowed in the camping area.
- No generators are allowed in the camping area.
- Firefly and Firefly camping are rain or shine.
- Each vehicle entering the camp ground will receive four wristbands when camping ticket is presented at the gate. Wristbands will not be reissued for any reason. Do not lose them.
- Anyone can attend Firefly, but anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult that is 18 or older.

THE GROVE - CAMPING RULES
- All campers must be 18 years or older to camp. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Only one car is allowed per campsite.
- Four people permitted per campsite.
- Campers will receive campsites in order of arrival to Firefly.
- Tent spots are 10x30 feet.
- Trailers are not allowed in the camping area. RV Camping is available where trailers are allowed.
- Once your car is parked, it cannot be moved. If you choose to leave, there is no car reentry.
THE HIDEOUT - CAMPING/GLAMPING RULES
- Renters must be age 21 or older.
- Maximum of two people per tent. Maximum of four people per tent for Hideout Camping
- All equipment must be returned in good condition, free of all personal property and trash.
- If damage occurs to any equipment, the customer is responsible for the cost.
- Bathrooms will be available to Glampers as well as shower stations.
- Fans and electric outlets will be included in each Glampsite.
- Refrigerators will not be provided.
- Wireless internet access will not be provided.
- Only people with Glamping or Rental RV wristbands are allowed in the Glamping area.
- You will receive your Glampsite upon arrival and the easiest way to Glamp near your friends is to arrive together.
- Glamping spots are 25ft X 45ft. Hideout Camping spots are 10ft x 30ft.
- Cars will be parked in a lot nearby the Glamping area.
- RVs are not allowed in the Glamping area. There will be an RV camping lot separate from the Glamping area.
- Your credit card will be held on file and charged if there are any damages to the Glampsite or any items within the Glampsite.
- We are not responsible for any damage to personal property of renters. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism of tent during the time of the rental period. Renter shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all loss resulting there of; including damages or loss caused by fire, water, theft or vandalism. This liability will not exceed the period of this Rental Agreement.
THE GROVE - RV RULES
- All campers must be 18 years or older to camp. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- You will receive your RV campsite in order of arrival at Firefly.
- We will provide hand washing stations, but there is no water hook up for individual camping spaces
- No draining of gray water or holding tank.
- Install and maintain smoke detectors.
- Maintain your heating and air conditioning unit.
- Never store flammable liquids under your camper.
- Have an emergency egress plan from your RV
- Make sure you have a fire extinguisher available
- Refrain from using fireworks (including sparklers) as they are illegal in Delaware
- Please remember that portable generators, grills, portable propane heaters and campfires should never be used inside or near your RV windows or vents. Should you experience symptoms of CO Poisoning such as shortness of breath, mild nausea or headaches please call 911 immediately.

What is Available at Firefly Music Fest
There will be bags of ice available for purchase throughout the camping area for $5 per bag.
We will have a camping store on-site with general items such as snacks, beverages, first-aid, etc.
There will be a shower area for campers to utilize for $5 per use.
