HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Follow this link to check out all of your ticket options. We happily accept Visa and Mastercard.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Your ticket will be mailed to you in the form of a wristband about three weeks prior to the festival. Your wristband will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you have not received your wristband within five to seven days before the event, get in touch with us here.
If your case is different from any of the above, please shout to us HERE or email info@fireflymusicfestival.com.
Parking will be available free of charge at Dover International Speedway. Overnight parking is not allowed, except with a Camping parking pass in the The Grove.
IS THERE A BOX OFFICE ON SITE?
Tickets for Firefly are only available through www.FireflyFestival.com.
IS THERE A WILL CALL TO PICK UP TICKETS?
Will Call will be located in front of the festival gates should you have ticketing issues.
WHO IS YOUR TICKET PROVIDER?
All registrations will be processed through RegistratioNATION, our online event registration system.
MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWS A CHARGE FROM RED FROG EVENTS. IS THAT FIREFLY?

WILL RE-ENTRY BE ALLOWED THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND?
With a three-day festival pass, guests will be allowed to come and go as they please!
I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

I LOST MY WRISTBAND/ IT WAS STOLEN/ MY DOG ATE IT... HELP!
In some cases, we can deactivate your old wristband and send you a new one. Contact us here to see how we can help.
MY TICKET DIDN'T ARRIVE, BUT I HAVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID I MISS IT?
Your ticket should arrive to the shipping address provided by five to seven days prior to the event. If you don't have your ticket by five to seven days prior to the event, please contact us here.
CAN I TAKE MY WRISTBAND OFF?
Once you have your wristband on, don't take it off! Any wristbands that show signs of tampering will not be allowed into the festival.
SOMETHING CAME UP, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Unfortunately, our ticketing policy states that there are no refunds or exchanges.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET?
Children under the age of 8 can accompany you to the festival free of charge with proof of age! Children 8-years-old and up will have to purchase a ticket to be allowed entry into the festival.
