Food Lineup

We’ll be bringing a variety of food options to Firefly in an effort to provide you with a well-rounded experience. We want you to feel good about what food you’re eating to fuel yourself throughout the weekend. Expect healthier options, including vegan, gluten free and vegetarian choices amongst others. Whether you’re hungry for something healthy, something unhealthy, or something downright bizarre, you’ll have options.

Arancini Bros

Breaded rice balls stuffed with savory or sweet fillings. Try the basil pesto or the tomato meat sauce fillings and finish with a Nutella Arancini Ball or a Almond or Blood Orange Ice Pop.
Must Try: RAGU Saffron risotto w/ tomato meat sauce & mozzarella.

Location: Across from the Thicket.

Asian Sensation

An assortment of Asian classics including noodles, pot stickers, and spring rolls.
Must Try: Korean Spicy Bulgogi Bowl.

Location: Next to the Coffee House presented by StubHub stage.

Bangarang Vietnamese

Enjoy a selection of Vietnamese classics including the noodle bowl, fried rice, and a Bhan Mi sandwich or Bhan Mi taco. Loaded fries with traditional Vietnamese toppings are fries with a twist.
Must Try: Banh Mi Sandwich (V).

Location: Next to The Brewery by Dogfish Head.

Bombay Love

Indian food with a twist. Make sure to try the Butter Chicken Naan-chos or the Tikka Masala or Curried Poutine. The Chai Float is the perfect mid-afternoon snack.

Broad Street Cheesesteaks

An east coast food line up wouldn’t be complete without cheesesteaks galore. Fill up on this favorite and head back to the stage to catch your favorite set.
Must Try: PIZZA STEAK – Philly meat, white American cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, on a Philly bun.

Carl’s Craft Sausages

Carl’s Craft Sausages serves up three distinctly different sausages; a Louisiana inspired andouille alligator sausage topped with charred brussel sprouts and cajun remoulade, A flame grilled duck bacon sausage on a split roll, topped with sesame ginger slaw, cilantro and fresh mint, and a classic roll with a sweet Italian sausage, topped with slow cooked peppers, roma tomatoes and caramelized onions
Must Try: The Bayou.

Charm City Kitchen

A classic chicken shack with a twist. You can get traditional chicken tenders, NY Buffalo Blue style or Korean BBQ style. Don’t miss a side of the classic fries.
Must Try: New York Buffalo Blue.

Cheese Street

Signature grilled cheese sandwiches, kale and quinoa salad and watermelon slices.
Must Try: Veg Out! Grilled Cheese – feta, provolone, spinach, roasted red pepper, hummus.

Cool Haus

You scream I scream… get your ice cream at Cool Haus. Get a scoop or an ice cream sammie.

Crescent Foods

Swing by the hub and start your day right. Crescent Foods is the spot to fuel up before a day of viewing your favorite artists.

Crossroads Cafe

Breakfast, breakfast and more breakfast. Just like your favorite cafe at home stocked with your favorite morning munchies!

DC Slices

Straight from the oven to your belly. Don’t miss out on grabbing a slice made with hand grated cheeses, freshly rolled dough and homemade sauce.

Doc Magrogans

Doc Magrogans serves food fresh from the Docks. Fish and Chips, fish tacos, shrimp and noodle salad are great with the Old Bay Fries.
Must Try: Shrimp and Noodle Salad.

Location: To the right of the Backyard Stage

Fresh Coast

When trying to stay fresh, head to the coast, Fresh Coast Kitchen that is! The Costal Cities Bowl offers your choice of protein served over brown rice and quinoa, topped with kale, arugula, slivered almonds, strawberries, edamame, blue cheese crumbles and champagne vinaigrette.

Feeling like a healthy meal? Try the wraps and salad at Fresh+Jive. Or you can try the topped tots for a yummy snack.
Must Try: Maple Bacon Cheddar Tots.

Gouda Boys

Lotsa lotsa meat, BBQ, grilled, wings and lobster – Gouda Boys has it all. Plus, pizza and milkshakes.
Must Try: Garlic butter poached Maine Lobster, gangsta steak.

Grilled Cheese Incident

Grilled cheese sandwiches, featuring veggies or meat, and fresh salads.
Must Try: The Let it Brie sandwich (V) – Brie, baby arugula, strawberry preserves.

Grotto Pizza

Grotto Pizza, the legendary Delaware place for slices, is serving up cheese, vegetarian, pepperoni and Hawaiian slices.

Hebro’s Kitchen

Craving Mediterranean? Stop by Hebro’s Kitchen to get pita filled with rosemary chicken, lamb or falafel. Fried Oreos are also on the menu.
Must Try: Grilled Rosemary Chicken Pita w/ Homemade Tzatziki … Sautéed Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, and Onions.

Fresh fruit smoothies and fruit cones are just some of the awesome items on this menu. Did we mention that the smoothies are vegan-friendly?

Humpty Dumplings

Crispy dumplings with fillings like cheesesteak, spinach mozzarella ricotta or jalapeño pulled pork mac. Dessert dumplings include apple pie and Nutella banana bread.

The Confluence cold brew coffee and vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and finished with a dash of cocoa powder is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

The Butt Hutt

You can’t go wrong with smoked meats and bacon mac and cheese. Try the Florida fries – topped with cheese, peppers, onions, pulled pork, and garlic cream sauce.

The Cake Walk
