Each application is reviewed by our staff to determine if it is an appropriate fit for our event. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible to ensure your spot.  Vendors have the option of applying for a Festival location, Camping Hub location, or both.


Applicant Key Elements:

  • Products align with the vision for this years Festival Market or Camping Hubs. We strive to include vendors making a positive social impact and provide a unique product.
  • Display of product and brand appearance is professionally represented in your event space. We will require a sample visual display prior to application acceptance.
  • Priced appropriately for our Festival Market or Camping Hubs. Items most popular with guests range between $1-150.

  •   10×10 Tent Space: $2,750
  •   10×20 Tent Space: $4,500

Festival Dates & Vending Hours  

All vendors are required to be on site Tuesday, June 12, 2018 or Wednesday, June 13, 2018 depending on accepted location. Vendor load out will take place on Monday, June 17 by 12:00pm.  Due to the extensive festival schedule, camping vendors can expect to be open for 14-20 hours a day, and festival vendors 10-14 a day.
